The Lounge Bot Terms of Service

1. Use of the Bot

The Lounge Bot is provided for Discord server management, Mumble access management, temporary token access, guest access control, and related community administration features. By using the bot or interacting with systems connected to it, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and any rules set by the Discord server where the bot is used.

2. Discord Server Rules

Use of the bot does not override Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, or the rules of any Discord server where the bot is installed. Server administrators may remove, restrict, revoke, or deny access at their discretion.

3. Account Linking

The bot and related website may allow users to link their Discord account to a Mumble identity, certificate, temporary token, or guest access record. Users are responsible for using their own accounts and not sharing access tokens, temporary links, or credentials with others.

4. Temporary Tokens and Guest Access

Temporary tokens and guest access are limited-use access methods. They may expire, be revoked, or be restricted at any time. Sharing temporary tokens or attempting to bypass access restrictions may result in access removal.

5. Data Usage

The bot may process Discord user IDs, Discord display names, Discord avatars, Discord role membership, Mumble usernames, Mumble certificate hashes, temporary token records, access logs, and related moderation or access-control records. This information is used to provide access control, account linking, moderation, abuse prevention, and server administration features.

6. Data Storage

Some data may be stored in a database or server-side files used by The Lounge system. Stored data is used only for operating the bot, website, Mumble access control, moderation functions, temporary token handling, and related administrative features.

7. Prohibited Use

Users may not use the bot or related systems to harass others, bypass server access controls, impersonate another user, share restricted access, interfere with server operations, or violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

8. Availability

The bot and related services are provided as-is. Access may be interrupted, changed, revoked, or removed at any time for maintenance, abuse prevention, technical issues, or administrative reasons.

9. Termination of Access

Server administrators may revoke website, bot, Mumble, guest, or temporary token access at any time. Access may also be removed automatically when Discord roles are removed, tokens expire, links are revoked, or security checks fail.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the bot or related systems after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
